I would be inclined to call this Dactylis as the inflorescence has noticeable branching.

Potentially over 15 individuals outside of the Defence area. This section of grassland has just been fenced off for Lawson Stage 2 where I assume everything will be torn up, I can only hope that there are many residing within the cordoned off area.

My guess would be male, seemed to have strayed from it's usual area. Just uploaded another sighting where there were well over a dozen outside of the fenced off Defence area. Perfect timing for Lawson Stage 2 to come through and demolish the area.
