Known issue affecting user registration via naturemapr mobile app

Hi All,

We discovered some issues affecting new user registration via the mobile app today:

Symptoms

When attempting to register, you may unexpectedly receive an unhelpful "web service error" message.

Workaround

You can register using the website instead.

Once registered, you will be able to login to both the mobile app and the web site as you please.

Resolution

We are working on a high priority mobile app update which will resolve these issues shortly.

I'm having a problem (using a desktop computer) with 2 latest actions - name suggestion and a comment, just processing (spinning circle of dots) and not happening. Or is a moderator looking at these 2 records?
It is not a internet speed issue at my end as I have just accessed a slow running site I use and got to it OK.

Work on high priority mobile app is progressing well.

The user registration screen on the NatureMapr will be totally revised and simplified to provide a much more robust and streamlined user experience.

This update is pending release and should be live within the next few days.
